    I think im being procecuted for a £2.20 fare, will I get a criminal record?

    I am 17 and had finished college early, my parents therefore couldnt pick me up so i borrowed money from a friend and walked to the train station to get home. I couldnt afford the full price of £2.20 as i only had £2 so i thought it would be better (obviously not) to buy it with a young persons...
