prosecution form - what is next?

I am quite worried. Forgot to write the date on the carnet ticket from CBG to KGX this morning. The ticket inspector asked me a bunch of questions and I explained I forgot. He filled in a white form that says prosecution, mentioned this was a caution and took my carnet ticket. Wondered what are...
