    I claimed for a delayed journey with Chiltern railways on 06/04/2013. I sent the form back by 1st class post on 26/04/2013, but they claim not to have received it until 13/05/2013 so after the deadline, I should have sent it sooner but I was 7 days within the 28 days when I sent the form...
