Will I be Prosocuted??

I have lived at My Address 2 Years in September and I sometimes still recieve the Ex Tenants Mail, when I do, usually I do not open it and it just ends up going in the Bin, as I don't think I can forward it on as I think the Ex Tenant has Passed Away, according to what Neighbors have said...
