FGW First class service

Having just watched ep 3 of the BBC series, I was surprised to see hot food offered during the 1st class service on FGW. I've only experienced 1st class with this TOC on one occasion. It was a weekday service from Cheltenham to Paddington in the middle of the afternoon. It wasn't a Bank Holiday...
