    What happens to staff at franchise changes?

    When a franchise comes to an end, are those employees transferred to the new operating company? Are rules like TUPE used at all? Or is it a case of everybody off! I have done a quick forum search, but can not spot an article. Any guidance is appreciated. Thank you.
