EMT are recruiting for depot drivers

Hi, East Midlands Trains are recruiting for trainee depot drivers!! Just wondering if anyone has any experience/information of/about working for this TOC. So far my small amount of experience with them hasn't been great. There is no way of phoning their HR team, so I emailed them...
