Criteria Based Interview

Hi I've passed onto the second stage of assessment for Trainee Train Driver and am now on Reaction and Coordination Tests with a third party. I have now been told that i'll have to sit a Criteria Based Interview. Does anyone know what kind of questions i'll be asked. I have already...
