Letter from prosecutions unit

Hi Could some one help me out with my problem? I have been stopped by tickets inspectors at Liverpool st Station. I used oyster travel card z1-2 to get through the trains gate without having the train ticket. They took me to that police(is that police one?) room, when I give them my details...
