Carnet of ticket recent changes

I have 7 tickets that have been rendered useless to me due to the recent change on the way the carnet tickets from First Capital Connect now operate. I travel from Hitchin to London a maximum of two days a week and have been using the carnet of tickets for a while. I only travel to London...
