First Capital Connect Notice to Prosecute

Hi, I am hoping for some advice after reading other threads on your forum. My son (he is 21 so an adult) recieved one of these notices. At the end of Feb he bought a ticket from Kings Cross to Potters Bar at around 8.30am (after being out in London all night), got on the WGC train, fell asleep...
