An Indian man has won a case related to an overpriced railway ticket after almost 22 years.
Tungnath Chaturvedi, a lawyer, was charged 20 rupees ($0.25; £0.21) extra for two tickets he had bought in 1999.

Tried reading up on the atoc website but it doesn't seem to give much away.
If I need to travel between my home station and work depot on trains not covered by my staff pass then I'd need to buy a Season ticket.
The atoc site suggests its Priv dicounted season tickets for Safeguarded...

From our internal brief (as I know PlusBus seems to be pretty popular on here);
A passenger gets to a station and doesn't have time to purchase a ticket so they get straight on the train as its the last one of the night. A working TVM was available accepting cash and cards.
The guard doesn't come through the train straight away as the next stop is only a couple of minutes...
