Evening all, sorry it's late!
I would like to draw your attention to a Facebook page that I run that has been created for the pleasure of bus and train destination blind collectors.
I understand that there is an elite group of collectors out there that hold a lot of interest in blinds and the...
Hi all,
hope you have had a very Merry Christmas.
Just a quick question about something I have noticed on the Armstrong Powerhouse Wherry Lines route this morning.
I have noticed that a couple of scenery items/textures are missing; in particular, station sign gantries and other parts of...
Hi all,
This might be a bit of a shot in the dark however I've decided to start this thread as a request for any information that other forum users may have about the railway lamp I purchased at the weekend.
It has the words Adlake Non Sweating Lamp on the top and burns on paraffin...

Hello everybody.
I am planning on purchasing the Armstrong Powerhouse class 321 pack and I have just been thinking about how I would fit the Class 321s into routes I have already purchased as the liveries in this pack are very varied. I then remembered that TS2014 has a consist creator in quick...
Hello everyone,
I downloaded the Class 156 Paint Kit a while back from the Oovee website and I have adjusted the destinations of the standard blind to my liking. I have a bit of a problem now though because I have no idea how to put the blind in the train's file and get it working on Railworks...
Hi all,
I have been looking through the web for sites such as http://www.opentraintimes.com/ that give the train's reporting number with it's times.
Does anyone know of a thread throughout this forum that explains the 4-digit numbers in detail because I have only been able to find explanations...
Hi all,
I recently downloaded the bonus paint kit pack from Oovee's website and opened the destination file with Adobe Photoshop. I have managed to adjust all the destinations to my liking and I have saved the file as a PSD to my documents.
I was just wondering if anyone could help me with the...
Hello all,
just wondering what Doncaster would be like on a Sunday freight-wise. I have found that I will have nothing to do this Sunday and a trip to Doncaster to do some filming would satisfy me however there is no point paying the fare if it will be quiet.
What do you think?
Thanks,
An update was installed to my Railworks yesterday, once it had downloaded I went onto an Edinburgh to Glasgow Free Roam scenario and discovered that the First Scotrail and SPT Class 170s had 'floating passengers'.
This is only in the front and rear driving units, the centre unit passengers...
I have noticed today on a free roam scenario (Edinburgh to Glasgow Route) that a number of different trains have flickering brake gauges which constantly shake up and down when in the cab of DLC's like the Oovee 150 or the Thomson 170.
I just wondered if anyone knows why this is - also, when...
Just wondering if anyone has a link to a site where the manual for the new Railworks 3 Class 150 by Thomson Interactive and Oovee is available for download as it is not available from the Steam page.
Thank you,
I have just taken a journey from Leeds to New Pudsey on a Northern 158 with Center-Coach and there was a big problem...
I climbed aboard the front carriage in Leeds and the engines were shut down, a few minutes later the driver started them up and they sounded extremely different - the engines...
After my copy of Railworks 2 automatically updated to RW3, I took my first go, and I was amazed! The updates to the locomotives are excellent and the new features such as realistic raindrops and moovement onboard the train really do make you feel like the driver.
Anyway, moving onto the actual...
Has anyone else noticed that the downloadable WCML Webcam timetables are are mostly incorrect.
I have been using them recently with the webcam, and none of the expected trains have passed the camera at the given time.
Hi all,
just wondering if anyone knows the workings for the London Midland 153 that is currently on loan to Northern Rail and has been spotted numerous times on the Caldervale Line.
Any timetables or information regarding it would be of great help as I have missed a video opportunity of the...
Hi all,
just curious to know if anyone has any photographs of unusual rolling stock/liverys in the sidings of Doncaster Wabtec.
I spotted a SPT 320 and Wabtec Rail's Class 08 in one of the sidings at the start of the year, and I believe there have also been spotting of units from NXEA such as...
Hi all,
just a couple of questions regarding the Class 156 and 158 exspansion packs on Railworks 2.
1. Does anyone know when the Class 156 'Custom Destination Pack' will be available from Oovee.
2. And, is the Class 158 destination changeable, if so, how.
Thanks very much for your help.
I was reading this month's issue of the Railway Magazine and noticed an advertisement for 'traingames.com' so I logged on to my computer and had a look. I saw a couple of their Youtube videos and think that the way it works with actual cab view footage is particularly impressive, even if the cab...
