    Great helpful staff

    Hello. I had the most helpful member of staff help me get a season ticket refund from First Capital Connect, even though he works for South West Trains. I thought it might be nice to have a section to mention helpful, friendly staff, so thanks Graham Voller. You were excellent!

    Split tickets on the Guildford to Waterloo route

    Hi I used to travel from hertford North to London for work, and have an annual season ticket. I split it so that one ticket went to Bowes park, and the other went from Bowes Park to London, and it saved me a few hundred pounds. We just moved to Farncombe, and I need to transfer my season...
