Overcharged £100 by GWR?

Firstly sorry if this is a duplicate post, thought I'd just made one but can't see it coming up.... I bought some tickets from GWR online totalling £434, collected the tickets today and noticed the face value of them comes to just short of £100 less (collected all the tickets from the machine...
