    How to arrange out of court settlement?

    Mod Note: Posts #1 - #2 originally from this thread. Hi Sandy, What did you send them in response to that letter in order to pay the settlement? Have the same letter but obviously it has no mention of a fine or settlement so not quite sure how to go about it.
