What route can a HAT [Hatfield] - LBG [London Bridge] season ticket take?

TSGN website shows a season ticket from Hatfield to London Bridge that is not valid on the tube. I am just wondering what route is it possibly for then? National Rail Equiries only show routes involving the tube.
