Unfair Penalty Fare Notice.

I was on my way into Erith Station a couple of days ago and I put my Oystercard on the reader and heard it beep in the usual manner. I have done this thousands of times and if the beep had sounded odd I would have noticed. There was no barrier. I did not look at the screen on the reader machine...
