    URGENT please help multiple 1000 pound fines

    unfortunately from time to time i have had to travel to work without a ticket. At some point i had my details taken in the last year cant recall exactly. reason for this is i simply didnt have the money for a ticket. i have moved addresses in the year and am presuming i missed the letters...
