Scotrail Assessment

Can someone please advise me? I have applied for two Scotrail jobs, one as a Ticket Collector and one in the Ticket Office. My status shows that I have been unsuccessful as the ticket collector and that I have been requested to do the online assessment for the other job but have not received...
