Today I test run some of my late 80s early 90s Lima locomotives around a test loop with radius 3 curves.
Over 3/4s of them derailed when trying to go round the curve due to the drive bogie being very stiff.
What can I do maintenance wise to fix this problem.
The ones that derailed are new un-run...
66513 from Hattons. Lovely smooth and quiet runner.

Also I have test run my model of 66587 for the first time, It arrived in June or July after being ordered Christmas Day 2019.
Unfortunately this model does not run as smoothly as 66513, it’s also a lot nosier.
This is the first...
Does anybody have any pictures of this train working from Exeter Riverside Yard as far as Yeovil Pen Mill.

Many Thanks
How would a 70 compare to a 59 on the Medip work.
I know the 59s all need a major overhaul, is it worth doing or would a 70 just be able to take over the work
