    What now for on hold Northern Rail Trainee Drivers: Liverpool, Man, Wigan depots.

    With the announcement today that Arriva has won the bid for the new northern franchise, does anyone have any idea where this leaves those candidates still "on hold" for Northern Rail Trainee Drivers for Manchester, Wigan, Liverpool depots, and those on hold since early 2014? Many thanks.
