Thameslink Services/Timetable from May 20th 2018

Have you come across reason #2145 of why the new timetable cannot be adhered to? https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-beds-bucks-herts-44411024 I imagine this new BRC700 train will be OOA for some time to come.
