How to apply for OBS position with GTR

Hello everyone, I have been trying to get OBS job. I did try for 2 times for different depots. I didn't get thru the cut for assessment day. Now, there is the same position for other depot. Does anyone have a tips? It might be something wrong with my CV or Cover Letter. I just don't know what...
