Could be different in other areas, but my one was just a straight up interview with scenario question at the end.

Yeah seems like edinburgh and glasgow advertise external and internal, then hire internal first before moving to external. My interview was 19th of February and told I was in talent pool on 25th of February. So could be a long wait.
