Did they send you a document about SPADS to read? It’s pretty relaxed I’d say! 100% read into the company aims and values, they will definitely ask you about these, and some facts about the company!! Just do plenty of research, base it also on customer service and safety! They asked me when I went out of my way for a customer, and when I’d made a mistake at work.

Just be honest and well presented, I found them slightly relaxed especially when you compare it to the MMI! Is it for train driver or shunter?
