I know, I was passing the time on my journey while I was on the ex-Redcar to Man Airport TPE, having boarded at York, and when we stopped at Man Vic and I was getting off at Man Picc it occurred to me to wonder whether a connection between MCV and MAN would be an option for my future journeys from Southport to Hereford. It was disappointing when several years ago Northern stopped running trains from Southport into Piccadilly, leaving only Victoria or Stalybridge, and everything since has been a compromise.

Yeah, the title confused me slightly but if nothing else it's flagged up some actual issues that need to be sorted out* so that the Ordsall Chord services show up as they should - without the customer needing to do anything specific.

If I get an explanation I'll post in the thread.

* Might already be partially fixed since it seems to work in the test environments, it's all quite odd.
