Did both trips using the same outbound ticket of a BGE-TOD Off Peak Return. I arrived in Todmorden 20 minutes late. Both legs were on Northern.
Can I claim Delay Repay, and if so what's the easiest way to do it? I'm tempted to just to submit the MCV-TOD leg, but the system will show the ticket was scanned hours earlier.
