Okay, good.
They are extremely unlikely to prosecute you, unless you have been caught many times/are being rude or extremely suspicious to the revenue protection team.
The usual caveat is that you cooperate with the company in a positive manner - i.e. you show you are keen to work with them to settle the issue, and don't string them along. (Not that I am suggesting the OP is).

To get the best outcome, the OP should return here when they get the letter, and we can provide help and advice before the OP responds.

I do have the notice/penalty letter from TfL, which I’ve attached below. It has the TfL reference number TSGNMGxxxxxx and I’ve also been corresponding with TfL’s Prosecutions Team about the case.
This is nothing to do with TfL - it does not say TfL on it. As I think others have now pointed out to you. So hopefully all clear now about who you are dealing with.

That's good news, TfL would've almost certainly prosecuted you but GTR are amenable to settlements.

I have noticed "TfL" is now becoming colloquially used to refer to all the transport services in London, even when ran by other companies. A lot of people don't appreciate the difference especially with now that Oyster is valid for travel on all rail services in the city.

PS: I have reported the attachment on post #17 to be removed as it contains personal info

Yes. As pointed out you have correctly obscured your name but your address date of birth and ref number should also be obscured on this up load to protect your confidentiality.

Ask moderators if you are not sure how to do this.

Same with “overground” referring to any mainline train service around London.

This is nothing new, and it shows the power of having one, simple, unified brand across a city's transport network (or indeed an entire country).

It's been valid on pretty much all rail services in the city since 2nd Jan 2010. Only HEx, GatEx and HS1 have been added since.

Reference number is also in your quote of OP's post.
