5759, 9001 & 9002 booked to arrive by rail on Wednesday (5Z84).

31108 and 31210 booked to arrive by rail on Wednesday (0O47).

73128 booked to arrive by rail on Thursday (0Z88).

50026 and 60028 booked to arrive by rail on Thursday (0Z30).

The 03 will arrive by road (I believe next week).

I don’t have any info on the move of 1753’s DTC 76048, but I imagine that will arrive by road next week.

As mentioned above 33108 and 1001 are already on the railway, having run most of the summer services alongside E6040.
Updated to include Thursday’s moves with RTT links (bold text).

76048 has been spotted on the move by road on the M1 today so should either have arrived today or will arrive tomorrow.

Appreciate this info will be too late for some to make plans, but a connecting bus service is planned to run between Haywards Heath and Sheffield Park. The timetable is available here.

5Z84 on the move from Wembley - thought to be the MLVs and the EPB. Anyone know what the loco hauling it is?

After alot of speculation earlier in the thread has anyone seen what's hauling the 31's, operated by Hanson Haul? Apologies if l've missed the information elsewhere.

1305 is also, temporarily and partially, 207102 again as the DMBS has also been repainted into NSE for the event.

Thank you for that this look like the train to Haywards heath is a better option than the bus from Crawley to East Grinstead

What is best option for Sunday, coming in car from M25 from the West, East Grinstead is closer but how much of car park is taken out at East Grinstead for Rail Replacement? Never been there on Rail Replacement days so I don't know if it's half taken or if no parking would be available?

Any ideas where 47701 and the WCR 33 Will be kept during the Gala?

I haven't seen a path of them leaving bluebell after delivering the 31s and EPB + MLVs respectively.

There's no official Bluebell Railway parking at East Grinstead. There's a couple of accessible spaces but that's it. You'll either have to find a pay and display or run the gauntlet in the Sainsbury's car park

The paths for departure will not be in the data yet. I do not believe any traction (other than 33108) will stay at the Bluebell for long after the gala.

A reply on a Facebook comment from the railway said that they'll be stored at "the south end of Horsted Keynes Station". I presume they may be kept in -1 road siding, which is the next line beyond platform 1 of the station. It's possible you might also see them in the Ardingly spur, or in the Carriage and Wagon yard.

The best parking facilities are at Horsted Keynes, where there is a dedicated car park.

I think they’ll be kept in the Down Yard.

Anyone hoping for a day of drought conditions is going to be disappointed, tipping down at the moment

The 50 has also unable to operate its first return trip! Looks like it may be fixed now though.

50’s doing what 50s do and is being hauled by 33108.

Bit of a shame 47701 hasn’t come out to replace it mind!

No Bluebell drivers sign class 47s.

Bluebell drivers do sign class 33s, but that doesn't mean that 33207 could or will run.

31210 (in place of 50026) also had a paddy running round at Sheffield Park for the 12:20 service.
Eventually departed about 15 late and was declared a failure at Horsted Keynes. The 60 and other 31 then took over. Hopefully the timetable can recover

My first visit to the Bluebell and it certainly won't be the last. Great day out with an interesting mix of traction to ride behind and/or photograph. Very friendly staff on the line and the stations are fascinating, museum at Sheffield Park absolutely first rate.
Well done to all concerned.

Looks like the 50 is back for the 1830 from SP.
That's not true - covered by 33108.

31210 dead we think?
31210 working 1820 from EG as booked.

Today was rather busy; I believe some services were rammed on the EPB. Not completely packed at Sheffield Park, though.

The evening trains last night were worked by 33108 vice 50026. 50026 was having power issues yesterday, which have hopefully been fixed for today.

There’s talk of 50026 working the evening trains tonight since it didn’t work last night - will update if I find out any more. If anyone else finds out any info, please do reply to this message :)

UPDATE: 50026 has failed again.
