During the illuminations, I am almost certain Blackpool (both north and south) are busier at weekends than weekdays.
Camden Town is exit only on Sundays, but I don't know if that's because the surrounding environment is already busy for the markets, or if it's because the station usage is actually higher on Sundays
Camden Town used to be exit only on Sunday afternoon due to a flood of tourists visting the market although I don't think it is these days apart from perhaps the odd few one off times (no doubt because these days a lot of the market comprises of the same old tat at a rather inflated price so the novelty has worn off somewhat!)
Most mainline stations (and trains) probably experience a bit of a luggage peak on Sunday afternoon / early evening with people heading back home from a week/weekend away with their original luggage plus shopping!

Surely alot of the tube stations located closely to football clubs would recieve higher usage on weekends, when clubs tend to play a majority of their matches. The obvious contenders are Fulham Broadway, Arsenal and Putney Bridge and for non LU, White Hart Lane, South Bermondsey, Charlton.
I would be more sceptical about Stratford due to the high weekday passenger counts anyway and fans being diluted to stations such as Pudidng Mill Lane, Hackney Wick and Stratford International

Maybe, but a) only certain weekends and b) the stations can be plenty busy in the week; these aren’t stadia plonked in the middle of nowhere.

Camden Town is still very busy at weekends, though it isn’t exactly quiet on weekdays either. I’ve no idea on actual figures, but I suspect it could well be busier on weekends compared to weekdays in terms of entries and exits, although on weekdays it sees quite heavy use interchanging between branches.

Apart from the morning peaks Monday -Friday Chesham LUL always seemed busier on a Summer Sunday. This was due to walkers in the Chiltern Hills.

I'd bet Dawlish Warren is busier on the weekends, especially outside of school holidays. I also agree with Boxhill & Westhumble, which gets a better service on a Saturday.

43 posts so far, but presumably anyone with access to the actual information isn’t able to divulge it on a public forum.
As this shouldn’t be commercially confidential information, maybe an ‘improvement’ could be suggested to the long running stations entries and exits ORR data series to split by day of week, but there would presumably need some methodology around how to estimate from a date of sale and date of outward travel what the date of travel for the return journey is (for flexible ticket types).

Presumably a Freedom of Information Act request would get you it if it exists, but it may well not exist with that breakdown.

I’m sure I’ve read references to Friday being much lower than, say, Wednesday (eg from @Bald Rick) but not seen these in a publicly accessible format.
That can come from other sources than station usage figures, though.

I wouldn't be surprised if Bicester Village is one. Marylebone - Oxford services run with more coaches at weekends than weekdays, though part of this could be because they call at more stops and so will have more people anyway.
It would be interesting to see the figures for Cambridge North.
Due to being in the middle of nowhere, the fact some trains (XC) still don't call there, and the poor onward transport links (not helped by the never-ending sagas surrounding the guided busway), I'd say it hasn't remotely met its potential as a station intended to be used by commuters for the science park, business park, etc, or students at CRC. (*I* use it to commute to the science park, but I don't think many do).
Where it has come into its own is as a railhead for leisure travel, you only need to see the large numbers of day-trippers/suitcases getting on mid-morning trains to London/Stansted every day to see that this is where the majority of traffic to/from the station appears to have landed.
As such, I think it quite possible it is as busy, or maybe busier, at weekends than weekdays.
