Can trains access St Pancras from the southern end of the ECML ?

As per title, can someone settle an online argument please?
Can trains crossing the Holloway flyover reach St Pancras directly, using the North London Incline ?

There is track that gets you from the ECML via the North London Incline to the international platforms, but not platforms 1-4 or 11-13. And the signalling has never been commissioned.

I was sure I once read of a service going from the ECML to St Pancras in the past. Maybe a railtour that used the Harringey curve?

Before the closure of the Kentish Town spurs to the quaintly named Junction Road Junction. Could also go via Upper Holloway and use the Harringay curve

The Eurostar scrap drags to Kingsbury always left from Platform 5 and were hauled (permissively?) over the North London Incline to reach the ECML, thence taking that to Peterborough. From there, the drags all went via Oakham, Leicester & the Ivanhoe Line before reaching Tamworth.

So yes, it can, in theory, be done.

Back in the past the 317s that operated to / Moorgate to between the MML and ECML to get to Hornsey. They were dragged but not sure how. I suspect Euston will probably be easier. I have done that on the sleeper with a reversal in Wembley area.

Hull Trains ran a service up the ECML into St Pancras during engineering works around 10 years ago. I travelled on it between Stevenage and St Pancras, I remember having to correct platform staff at Stevenage who thought it was going through the Canal Tunnels which, at that time, had not been commissioned.

Can’t remember the exact route without checking my records but it involved at least one reversal.

The up trains required three reversals, two to use the Hornsey flyover, then, after the Harringay curve and Junction Road Junction, a third reversal at West Hampstead. The down trains only reversed at West Hampstead.

There was more than one route. Sometimes a class 317 would come back to the GN the opposite way round to before it went to the MML.
