Yes it was like the only vehicle type we didn’t have an example in we’ve got you.

Yeah it is, we've seen Enviro 400 MMCs, Enviro 400 Classics, Enviro 300 MANs, Enviro 300 E30Ds, Enviro 300 Scania, Enviro 200 MMC, Yutong E10, Enviro 400 EV
Enviro 200 was the only type not to have a member in it, but thanks to Yutong E10s it looks like we'll probably never see a WGY E200 unless its a loan
Is it not a tall order expecting them all to make it intact? Surely the age for the distance doesn't make sense?

I have no idea why hull are getting more e400s even though they have just got rid of the majority of theirs

The other concern is, considering the record of previous MAN E400s (19638, 19639, 19635's latest VOR spell) maintenance wise, is it wise to get more of them. I assume they won't just do school services I would imagine them doing a bit of city work aswell like 19307 and 19308 did but guess we'll see

A lot of the MAN/E400's haven't been used since July according to bus times so they might not be in the best condition.
As far as why they would take them, well Hull are really the only depot in the area with experience with MAN engines and they need to have enough deckers to start moving some of the MMC's out.
There was talk recently about trying to consolidate vehicle types at depots to help engineering out.

It broke down on the 7 a few days ago too. Grimsby have been terrible for maintenance lately

In fairness they have quite a few buses that are due to be withdrawn imminently (B7RLES and 19017/44/114/115) and I would assume they have been instructed to do the bare minimum needed to keep them safe and legal and not to spend any more than is necessary.

Yeah I wonder why as we already lost 21256 but it was promised from the start of the year but here we are in September and we have some i even saw 21275 yesterday very much in service.

Bit of an odd decision, is it cos Yutongs are too short or something?
Not sure why it has returned but also if they are planning to use it more long term it will need a new MOT as it expires 10th September.
