Looking good!

Are any 60s at Loughborough or elsewhere being refurbished?

There are three, 60013 at Loughborough and 60060 at Rectory Junction along with the almost ready to run 60022 also at Rectory Junction all of which are DCR locos, if there are any refurbs going on for EPR at Toton then they're not being advertised as yet

I am glad that transail two tone grey has gone. Awful livery. What it now wears is superb whether it be a wrap/vinyls over fresh paint or not..........
Not to be a pedant but it's BR Trainload Freight triple grey, Transrail merely inherited the base livery following the transition from the Trainload Freight sectors to Mainline, Load Haul and Transrail.

I think 063 looks great in its new robes, didn't really understand the logic of painting it into triple grey only to slap ESH logos where there should have been sector decals. It would be like painting a 37/4 into large logo blue and then omitting the double arrows.

Was lucky enough to have got to see 60063 every day this week (with Radcliffe, the first station it passed outside of Rectrpy being my local), and have to say on the Monday I was quite sceptical on 60063s livery, but I have warmed up to it now, nice to have seen it on its own too without 37218. I am presuming this schedule is for 60063 to go to Longport to start working: https://live.rail-record.co.uk/train/?c= 11161&d=01/09/2026

Also attached are images from over the week of 60063 (alongside 37218) on test

Another schedule now showing for Tuesday, as well as the 0Z60 you've linked to there's also a 1600 0Z61 back to Rectory Junction but listed as Europhoenix operated rather than Colas
Yes just saw that made earlier today, could it be picking up a loco at all or is it just another test?

Won't be picking up a loco as those paths are operating to/from the reclaimed ballast site, not the EMD depot. Nothing EPR owned at EMD Longport to pick up anyway.

It's not in triple grey. It's in plain grey.

Did the change of livery coincide with change of ownership ? I got the impression 60063 was repainted into a form of triple grey for ESH. Now the branding is EP Rail, are the locosstill owned bythe same people ?

It was painted in triple grey for ESH. Now (only a few months later) it has been repainted into the new EPR livery. It's a full repaint not just sticking some decals on top. You can see from the colour of the posts between the front and side cab windows which were yellow but are now the base grey. But also from the fact that the base grey is uniform across the whole side - there's no upper and lower bands of different shades.
