Dorney Common, which is crossed by Carousel service 15 (Maidenhead - Slough) is private land. There are, however, no stops served.

No - the common itself, which is crossed by the road, is private. I happened to read the notices at its entrance yesterday which set out the conditions attached to its use!Appears to be access land, however, and it does so on a public road.
Pretty much every public road has private property on each side.
The 2026 National Hill Climb Championships (cycles) is being held here on 25th October. The Porlock Hill toll road now has a 7.5T weight limit and is signed as a Woodland scenic drive - hardly anyone goes that way now. Modern vehicles should cope with 1:4, but towed caravans and HGVs are recommended to go around.
Canary Wharf allows public access subject to conditions but is privately owned. An awful lot of buses (and other public transport) run through it.NXWM (or whatever it will be soon) X12 runs through Birmingham Business Park which is not a public area.
