Peter Hendy is key to piloting the railways bill through House of Lords so this is highly unlikely. I suspect he may call time once GBR is setup though. He usual drives his RM at ImberBus event tomorrow so anyone going can ask him

Only actual change that seems to have happened is that Peter Hendy has deleted his twitter account. To some extent I suspect this is probably to do with general distancing from twitter that is happening by various official government organisations
