Contact TfW regarding connection today (09 Aug)

Hi,
My daughter's travelling to Tenby, on the 1127 Manchester to Carmarthen, where her onward connection to Tenby is cancelled.
I've tried to contact TfW by phone, Messenger and WhatsApp, but no response (phone line claims they are closed). I want to find out if an RRB is being provided before I start arranging a taxi for her. Does anyone have an alternative number to call please?

Their journey update page suggests that road transport will be provided. (My bold to pick out the relevant replacement service)

Due to a shortage of train drivers at Carmarthen (CMN):

Services will be cancelled at Carmarthen (CMN).

We expect the incident to last until the end of the day and disruption to services is expected from 08:30 until the end of the day.

We have organised buses to run between Carmarthen, Milford Haven and Pembroke Dock to assist customers to complete journeys where possible at no extra cost. The below services will be replaced by road transport.
