Is any one else experiencing this issue when viewing keygo journey history through the Southern app on android. As per the screenshot it is only showing tap in and outs but with duplication. Looking via the Southern website is correct and shows station names and the relevant fare charged.

I'm seeing the same thing on my Thameslink app. It clearly needs fixing but there are a couple of positives that I hope they retain:

* My viewable Key Smartcard tap history (of sorts) is now 4+ years long, compared to 8 weeks on the website
* I can now see taps that I made today

I have the same thing but as I've only just started using KeyGo I thought it was normal. The proper journey history is showing up on the website though, so it must be an app issue.

I have much the same but it only goes back 15 months. Lots of duplication of touches, with the start of each day seeming to start with a touch out!

I have advised GTR via the online form. It would be nice even when they correct it if you could still see the current day taps though.

Did this get fixed for you?

I'm still getting same problem on mobile.
(Website on PC is fine).
Apart from reinstalling the app, customer services suggest advising them of make/model of device
and operating system for them to investigate further.

I have just today had a response from Southern Customer Services as follows:

"We were aware of an issue which was causing KeyGo journey information to display incorrectly, including individual tap information rather than the usual completed journey and fare details.

I can confirm that this issue has now been resolved, so your journey history should now display correctly again in the app, including the relevant journey and charging information.

I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused."

Have gone into the app and it is still not showing correctly.

Thanks.
I also got a response today but probably from a different department.

Still not showing correct info here.

GTR Key Smartcard taps 210826 (1).pngGTR Key Smartcard taps 210826 (2).png

Just checked my Key Smartcard taps on the app (see pictures above) and I can now see where the taps were made.* All the duplicate taps* and any taps older than 8 weeks have been removed.

Further details like what tickets you pre-purchased or keyGo charged you for are still only available on the web portal.

[* If you tap on a bus (like I did - was using a Day Travelcard that day) or tram platform then a phantom time-matched tap off is added and the station entry remains blank]
