Hope someone can help. I've just had a claim rejected for Delay Repay by GWR, I think erroneously.
I had intended to travel on the 9th July on the 11am service from Oxford to London - this was cancelled, and so I got the 11.32 instead, which was a few minutes delayed. GWR say the delay was under 15 minutes (I assume because they're looking at the delay to the 11.32, not including the cancelled 11am).
Is there a way of confirming what actually ran? Realtimetrains doesn't go back that far.
And if they did cancel the 11am (I believe on the morning, not the day before), shouldn't that be included in the delay?
It's not much money but I do care about the principle....
