Out of Use Turbostars

Figured I'd combine this all into one thread instead of it being spread across multiple. I am just wondering what the status is with the few Turbostars which are currently long term stopped?

These being:
- 170270, OOU since October 2025
- 170623, OOU since it's level crossing incident in March
- 172101, OOU since February this year

I am interested in why 170270 has been OOU since October last year and also where are EMR hiding it cause I haven't seen it at either Nottingham Eastcroft or Derby Etches Park unless its permanently parked in a shed at either of the depots?
