High temperatures? Will it effect Leicester to Nottingham and return this evening? (16/07)

can anyone please offer some advice

i am travelling from leicester to nottingham today at about 4 pm and returning departing at about 8pm.

i am worried there may be cancellations. can anyone please comment on how likely that is? many thanks for any help.

How long is a piece of string? Looking at the last few days yesterday was fine, Tuesday there was disruption (a couple of cancelations and some late running but you'd have certainly been able to travel!) and similarly on Monday.

I would be surprised if there was extensive disruption just because of the weather.

15:47 showing as cancelled but the 16:18 is fine atm as are the times you give for return trip.

Thanks very helpful, I was planning on getting the 15.47 train because it's quicker. I shall go for the later one.
