SNCF Thionville - Charleville Mezieres

Hi

In the current Sunday timetable, there is a TER83823 16:19 Thionville - Charleville Mezieres, and TER83824 18:09 return.

Curiously (on the DB Navigator app), these trains are also shown as running today, Tuesday 14th July and Saturday 15th August. There is no reference to the two additional days in any "fiche horaires".

Does anyone know the reason why they are randomly running on the extra days?

14/7 and 15/8 are French public holidays (ie normally a Sunday service).
