Is there a delay in Crosscountry Delay Repay claims being investigated?

I've currently got a delay repay claim with XC that was submitted on 21st June - and is still waiting to be looked at.

I thought there was supposed to be a maximum 10 day turnaround for delay repay claims.

Is anyone else having the same issue?

The aim is 10 days but the maximum is 20. CrossCountry were slow last time I used them but not over 20 days. Might be worth a follow up to their customer support by now.

20 days or 20 working days?
The former.

In all cases, please make your claim within 28 days of the date of the delay. Valid Delay Repay claims will be resolved within 20 days, once approved it can take a further 10 days for the money to be credited to your account.

Although having checked the receipt email they claim working days.
So, they are unclear. In the circumstances I would wait until the 20 working days have passed, which would be at the weekend.

I submitted a claim to them on the 30th and was approved just a few days later.
