And presumably in would be in a Court of your choosing, so if you lived in the north of England, for example, would Eurostar want to travel that far to contest a case?
A case is usually first assigned to the court local to the defendant, not the claimant AIUI

If a claim is between a person and a company then it is normally allocated to the court closest to the person, regardless of whether they are the claimant or defendant.

Interesting. My current claim just got allocated to Goliath's local court, despite requesting my local court in the questionnaire. My cursory research just said that suggesting a change would then require an lodging of a form with an expensive fee... but this is a bit off topic now
