Hi all,
I've just been watching the OTT signalling map and noticed that S337 and S349 were both displaying proceed aspects at the same time. Looking at the map on OTT, it doesn't look like that should be possible.
What made it even stranger was that train 5D33 appeared to jump from S337 to S349, and then to S393. However, on the OTT map, S337 and S349 are shown on parallel lines, so I'm struggling to understand how that could happen.
Furthermore, looking at the location on Google Maps' satellite view, I can only make out five signals on the gantry, whereas OTT appears to show six.
Does anyone know why this might be? Is it just a limitation of how OTT displays the signalling, or is there another explanation? I'd be especially interested to hear from any drivers or signallers who know this area.
Or am I missing something obvious?
