Apologies, Berwick railway station is located some distance away from the village of Berwick. A hamlet/village called 'Berwick Station' has grown up around the station.

As far as I know, Berwick (Sussex) railway station has never been relocated.

Blackpool South from Blackpool Central (although i except it's not the same station) but replaced it as the terminus on the line.

The Museum of Welsh Life has about 40 re-erected buildings, it's really nice. If my info is correct then they originally wanted to re-erect it on the SWML - this runs right next to the museum, and they certainly have long wished for a railway station to improve sustainable access. I think they were adviced that dismanteling Raglan station stone-by-stone, labelling each, transporting everything safely to their site and then rebuilding it is the easy part, compared to getting rail industry agreement for a new station...

I think that the platforms of the old and new stations at both Crawley and Chapeltown actually run into one another (or if they don’t they’re within spitting distance).

South Harrow on the Piccadilly Line moved very slightly to the north so that the new platforms overlapped the old.

Don't know if this quite playing by the rules, but in Galloway back in mid-Victorian times Tarff station on the Kircudbright branch and Dromore on the Port Road were both named Gatehouse at slightly different times. Neither station is anywhere near Gatehouse-of-Fleet of course - Google Maps indicates that Tarff was 7.3 miles in one direction, whilst Dromore was over 6 miles in the other!

New Pudsey? Allegedly a replacement for Lowtown and Greenside as well as Stanningley. I make it about 2.5 miles by road from Greenside.

Two railways moved away from the original Welshpool station. When the Welshpool and Llanfair was reopened it was sited about a mile away. Later in 1992 the main line station was moved about half a mile east.

The Vale of Rheidol used to run to Aberystwyth main line station but is now a few hundred yards to the east.

Underground - Mark Lane/Tower Hill. Kings Cross Met moved westwards. Aldgate East was also moved - about 10 feet - Vertically.

If we’re going down that path:

Partick Hill, replaced by Partick on the opposite side of Dumbarton Road, or Bridgeton replaced by Bridgeton (the former Bridgeton Cross reopened) again pretty much opposite but on a different line.

Leeds Wellington St replaced Leeds Hunslet. The latter now the site of a retail park - the Crown Point Shopping Centre. Straight line distance just over 800m, buffer stop to buffer stop.

When Horwich was closed as the line closed, it took several years for a new station named Horwich to appear in 1999, that's Horwich Parkway, 1.7 miles (walking) from the original. Blackrod (1.3m) could be argued to serve the residents better? Must admit r/e the phrase "re-sited" is probably stretching it a bit!
