Just 2 hours after finding out my car needs some major repairs and 30 mins after hearing concerning things about my job, I’ve now received an email from Eurostar saying my train on Tuesday 14th July is cancelled (train 9132 on 13.01 from London to Brussels), when the incredibly helpful explanation of ‘operational reasons’.
Does anyone know what these ‘operational reasons’ would be, and why they would know days in advance?
And is there any chance this train may become ‘uncancelled’? I will probably change my train to a different time for free, though it scuppers some of my plans on that day.
I have tried asking Eurostar but their AI bot just repeats the email.
