There’s no connection there at all now, points lead North toward the site and the railhead stops at the gated entrance. Fairly certain they’d need to lay a whole new siding down inside the worksite if they wanted to reinstate it.
Absolutely no room to fit any freight of useful size after those points before the gate either; not without taking up all of West Ruislip station and the loop anyway.
In the Sectional Appendix it mentions "Copthall Jn, future site of" west of the existing Up Sidings. The fencing on the boundary between HS2/NR currently present in that area looks temporary to me and the ongoing works there continue right up towards the eastern side of Harvil Road.
I know Britain has its problems, and HS2 is a tad expensive, but really… this engineering project is magnificent. Underneath all the political and media noise, men and women with hard hats are playing with computers, pouring concrete, considering bats, and building something massive. I imagine we’ll all be proud of it in the end.

A new drone video of HS2 construction progress on section from Copthall tunnel through to Ruislip portal has been uploaded.
Trackbed looks virtually finished, work is going on with walls alongside of trackbed, and some of the landscaping also appears top soiled (but not yet planted).
Almost looks like they could be ready for tracklaying here in few months (rather than years), but I don't think there are plans to start laying track in next couple of years

Another new drone video, showing Colne valley viaduct, looking finished except for tracklaying (can even see the bolts for OLE masts along the viaduct)
Looks like majority of landscaping and site restoration where construction roads and pontoons were during viaduct construction is now finished.
Just along from Copthall viaduct, is the tunnel, the only double track one on the route, there is a new video showing inside of now completed Copthall tunnel (an artificial tunnel under the dumping area of spoil from nearby tunnels)
Viaduct looks great, but the passenger experience doesn't look like it will be great due to what I presume is the soundproofing measures on the left and right of the viaduct, although the left looks lower than the right. I've seen the same at Coleshill near me on the delta junction viaducts
