Interrail itinerary to Scandinavia precarious after timetable change - advice needed

Hello, I need some help or ideas for the now changed situation on my interrail trip.
This trip was due to start on 11th August, leaving Leipzig on the first ICE (ICE 606) to Hamburg HBF where there would have been a 27 minute connection to Snalltaget IC306 to Stockholm and again well over 1 1/2h to change to SJ Sleeper D70 to Jämtland for a hike.
I have reservations for both the IC306 as well as Sleeper train D70 as well as some onward transport form the final station.
However, this connection has just become more perilous. Due to track works IC306 will now start from Pinneberg instead of Hamburg HBF which will be impossibe for me to reach that day.
There is a possible connection that has an 18 minute change in Hamburg HBF on to RE7 arriving in Neumünster with 13 minutes to spare to get onto IC306, which would be due on the same platform for this.
If this changed is missed I will arrive to my final destination in Jämtland half a day late and would also miss some onward bus transport to a trailhead which is only available in connection with train D70.
The reservation for the sleeper would also be moot and other reservations to get to Stockholm and beyond would potentially be needed.
I have attached screenshots of both connections (old and new) below.

This leaves me with some questions:
What exactly are my rights in this situation? I know that to Snalltaget I can simply claim that I can't reach their changed departure station which would entitle me to travel on their next available train and get delay repay.
This doesn't help me due to my connections and would present the same challenge, just a day later.
I could hypothetically leave an evening early and stay in a Hotel near the station or take an extra Interrail day (on another, more expensive pass I have) while using the Berlin-Stockholm sleeper, skipping IC306 altogether.
This would be cheaper than a hotel, however I am not thrilled by the idea of leaving half a day early at extra cost. I specifically booked my reservation to have few, easy connections just to now be hit with this now.
I was fine with the original half an hour at Hamburg as I expected the earliest train on a freshly renovated Berlin-Hamburg right of way to be just about punctual enough to make this connection.

What are your thoughts on this? Risk the connections and potentially arrive about half a day late and including a spontaneous hotel in Stockholm?
Leave half a day early to skip IC306?
Pull a secret train passenger right out of my hat that I didn't think of?

So far Snalltaget hasn't responded to my request for assistance. But I don't really think there is anything they could really do about this situation.

I appreciate your comments, best regards.

I am thinking that especially when traveling through German rail known for their poor timekeeping this is too much travel on one day. I always advise people to split the journey into smaller sections that are manageable when things go not-so-planned...

As you are on interrail the losses are not yet high, I assume. I recommend starting the journey on the previous day, if at all possible. Things shouldn't be like this, but they usually are. :s

I frequently head towards Bavaria or the Saxony region off the overnight Harwich-Hoek ferry. For the outward journey, I’ll suffer the delay if necessary, although it may mean a late arrival.
For a return trip, heading towards Hoek van Holland, I will plan an overnight stay in the Rheine area or Rotterdam (and try a few beers) in case of DB delays (and risk missing the ferry)

The plan was unrealistic from the beginning. I'd recommend you to overnight around Pinneberg.
Also the 90 minute connection time in Stockholm is risky.

I also checked my records of train running messages. The statistics say that 21% of IC 306 trains have arrived Stockholm delayed by over an hour since the IC 306 started running this May. That connection is even statistically slightly risky.

I agree, it is easy to pick up an hour or two’s delay crossing Germany. In particular, ICE606 has according to Zugfinder an average punctuality of just 13%, which is dire even by DB standards, and an average delay of 19 minutes. Even if Snalltaget hadn’t retimed the train, the chances of catching it were slim.
I’d plan an earlier departure and overnight in Hamburg or somewhere north thereof.

Thanks for all your input. This has definitely pushed me to not chance it on the day. Whether I'll have an overnight stay in Pinneberg or take the Berlin-Stockholm overnight train to get there very early is yet to be decided. Thanks a lot!

Most obviously, the DB website says that RE7 (indeed all trains other than S-bahn) won't run Hbf-Pinneberg; as usual (for DB) the timetable isn't yet updated, but there is an advance overview.

You might be able to get an extra day out of IR, they are quite good at this when there are delays.
