Delay Repay Split Tickets Kings Cross St Pancras

On a delayed journey changing trains between St Pancras and Kings Cross, with one ticket finishing at St Pancras (London Thameslink) and the next starting at Kings Cross, is this treated as one through journey for Delay Repay, or as two journeys separated by a short walk?

Presuming you included the minimum permitted interchange time between your scheduled arrival at St P and your scheduled departure from KX, it's one through journey. This is officially a rather excessive 31 minutes, although browsing numerous threads here, it appears that some ticket retailers reduce this to 20 minutes

The TPE online Delay Repay site says "The Interchange station you have entered is invalid" when I attempt to input a leg departing St Pancras after a leg arriving at Kings Cross. I'll just have to try email

I should have thought of that.

I contacted TPE by WhatsApp, and received that advice, but they told me the Form might not accept it, and if so I should contact Customer Services. The Form did seem to accept the Kings Cross to St Pancras, but then deemed my final destination as an invalid interchange.

I have now submitted my claims to Customer Services by email

What was the full itinerary as booked, and what were the times in reality?

It's totally legit as a claim, providing the timings meet the criteria. If you bought it as a through itinerary from the forum's site, I am sure we can arrange assistance in the event that TPE incorrectly deny a valid claim.

Only some of the tickets were booked via thecl Forum site, so I assembled the itinerary (with appropriate interchange timings)
